I also participated in a four-day workshop with Erv and Miriam Polster at GIC. In 1995 I was trained in the technique of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and since then have integrated this technique into my work as a gestalt therapist. I have practiced psychotherapy for thirty four years, working with clients who are facing life crises and who are seeking greater self-realization. My special expertise is in working with people who are in need of resolving the emotional aftermath of growing up in dysfunctional families.
